I will never stay at this hotel again.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Very noisy and rude staff. Restaurant was okay, but over priced.Room cleaniness was not what it should be for a double tree. Location was great- by the convention center. The employees allowed a large group of kids to run around all night.

not recommended

Front desk staff was not customer service oriented; we didn't have any problems checking in, staff was just unprofessional. Bed was comfortable and bathroom products were nice. TV was small and old; didn't fit the general atmosphere. Breakfast buffet in the morning cost us $14 per person and was absolutely bad. The eggs were rubbery, the bacon was greasy and chewy, the potatoes were ice cold, the french toast sticks were like rocks, and the gravy for the biscuits was gritty and disgusting. The only worth eating was the cereal and the yogurt, the only prepackaged items. I just cannot recommend this hotel; please save your money and stay away.

This hotel has a great views of the downtown core of city and it is fairly close to the river. Bring walking shoes if you are without a vehicle to transport you where you need to go.

It was great value and a convenient location. Also, the use of a shuttle is very generous. I have an annual business trip to Tulsa and I always stay at this hotel.

It's simply the best

Courteous staff, great rates, great location. This is the highest rating I have ever given a hotel. The rooms have bottles of water if you sign up as a rewards member so you don't pay $2 or more a bottle. The front desk gives you warm chocolate chip cookies and yes, they will give you more than one. The only downfalls are the in fitness room: one treadmill is really old and small and one elliptical does not work but it has fresh towels, a water fountain, cups, and a small bathroom with a shower next to it. The kitchen has slow service when overwhelmed and the bar's overpriced but the staff makes you want to eat and drink there. My favorite place to stay in Tulsa!

Wonderful experience for low cost

We brought our 13 year old here for a birthday celebration. It was really nice. And quite reasonably priced. Everything was clean. The staff was courteous but not in your way. The workout area and pool area was quite nice. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was good - a little overpriced, but staff again quite courteous and friendly. Just an overall wonderfull experience.

I enjoyed my stay and will return. Currently, this hotel is the best in downtown Tulsa that I've found. Also try the boutique hotel Savoy for local flavor and a different location.
