The hot tub doesn't work. We were told by staff that it hadn't worked for months & no one knew when the pool guy would be back. All rooms are supposed to have a hair dryer. We called the front desk for one and 3 hours later, we still didn't have one. The lady at the front dest brought it up herself. The lobby is nice. In my room, the sofa was torn, there was mold on ceiling tile (Large spot), the towel rack is in the shower, the TV remote batteries were dead, there was no soap in the bathroom, the furniture is cheap. The bed was nice. The staff is friendly but average. Old but decent hotel. 3 stars???
