I was very impressed with the convenience and attractiveness of the hotel. The room was extremely comfortable. Even with the construction going on, if you kept the drapes pulled, you didn't notice! ha.. was very disappointed that WiFi access was charged. Access to our room was up a half flight of stairs from the parking lot, which made it difficult to maneuver our suitcases, ramps should be incorporated. We booked 2 days before New Years Eve to go to the Rose Bowl. We didn't have the option of a king size bed, so when we got to the hotel, we asked if we could switch to a king size room. With it being New Years Eve, we weren't able to switch the first night, but the last 2 nights were were. I found the King size room was more updated than the standard queen. Both beds were very comfortable. The hotel shuttle driver was very informative and the hotel is very close to the airport. There were many people at the hotel on New Years Eve and the bartenders and all other staff were very customer friendly.
