Sheets old and torn.....Last nightstay unauthorized pet upstairs up all night! This time, the hotel was all done with the renovation and what a big improvement! Everything in the room was very coordinating and complimented the furniture well. The internet worked GREAT this time! The last time I stayed, that's what they needed to work on and apparently, they got a whole new internet system going on. The front desk and housekeepers were accommodating as usual. The atmosphere was friendly, the front desk staff was very efficient, and the rooms were very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anybody new to this property. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is more variety when it comes to breakfast. Outside had no handle to enter & two good locks on inside so definitely acceptable, just strange. Front desk staff were very efficient & nice. Reserved room with request for refrigerator & got it!. Had room price for 2 doubles but ended up giving me King because of refrig @ same price! Breakfast was minimal but fresh. Great location, lots of restaurants & mall down the road. Clean but can tell it is an older motel that has been recently updated; however, I paid 1/2 of what the Shlio was down the street & it was the same overall. It's right off the freeway. I was feeling tired and I stopped at the hotel to get some rest. The hotel staff was very understanding and friendly and checked me in quickly. The facility was recently renovated so almost everything was new and working in proper order. Even though it's right off the freeway, my stay was very enjoyable and quiet so I can rest as long as I could. The bathrooms were remodeled and really nice except the drain was clogged. Old plumbing new fixtures. New carpet in hallways was nice, not quite finished but the effort is there.
