The lobby/ seating area was very nice, looked almost like a hilton. The rooms were a little disappionting after the granduer down stairs. Since we only stayed one night it was fine. There was an exit door very close to the elevator which made it eas

Some buisness partners and I stay here when we go to Portland. It is right off I-5. the desk clerks are really insightful and helpful. There is a resteraunt across the street and a pretty good complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Stuck in the elevator

We have stayed here several time for business trips. Rooms are small, room service is poor, no refrigerators, no microwaves, no coffeepots in rooms, elevators get stuck frequently (we were in one for over 20 minutes, front desk did NOT answer emergency phone, a housekeeper and maintenance person finally got us out) NO apology for elevator ordeal, the front desk and the manager just thought it was funny, compared it to another customers experience from a few weeks before. I should have called the fire dept. on my cell phone for help, we won't stay here again, should have quit this hotel a long time ago.

This hotel was close to the building where I had a trade show. I got the hotel for that reason only. The hotel was just fine.

Very good for the Price

I love the fact that the front desk said the internet rate would be the better rate. Breakfast is very good compared to most motel/hotels. It's free too! The only complaint and that's not too bad, is that the halls and rooms where hot but the AC made that up in the rooms. Plus the motel looks like the picture as well. Would gladly go there again. It is on the border of Portland though. Still it is no problem.
