I'd love to say thatthere were nothing that I liked about this hotel.I disliked everything about this hotel!“Dump. The concierge is behind bullet-proof glass. There were people wondering around drunk and yelling to the air. The rooms have not been renovated (ever). Everything about this hotel spelled sketchy.”

i booked thru the internet about 2

i booked thru the internet about 2 weeks before our family trip. . the hotel is not clean. the staff are not courteous. i got a bad impression when i first step inside the hotel. the front desk clerk was inside a small booth a window (it looks like a bullet proof window), (a similar setting when you are transacting with a bank). i got the impression that the hotel vicinity may NOT be safe. i got really really scared. i told my husband that we should look for another hotel.. but due to the fact that i have booked thru the internet and my stay is already paid, my husband dis agreed to transfer to another hotel. we had no choice but to bear with it. the room is really awful, very very dirty. when my kids played around the room their feet got really really dirty, as if they played in mud. bathroom is as awful as the room. i will never ever go back to that hotel. i did not have a good sleep because i am so worried that the place is not safe for my family. im glad that i booked just for 1 night. i wish i never had booked with that hotel

Nothing- it was terrible, not even the remote worked, they fought with us over wanting extra towels, I will never stay in a days in again.“This hotel and it's stuff are horrible. I have stayed in seedy motels that had better service and hospitality than this days inn. We went for a romantic retreat to visit family - and we only stayed in our hotel room 1 of the 2 nights. The sheets were the worst - and the lobby was something out of a Norman Bates reality show!”

The rooms smell. The neighborhood is very bad. The rooms have broken furniture, stains on the carpets and foreign matter on the walls. It is not safe to stay here. I slept with my clothes on and the lights on. Stay away from this Days Inn or it will be the End of you Days.

A scary place

I booked this hotel through the toll free number. I usually stay at their hotels (Days Inn, Super Eight etc.) because they are all earning me points for free stays. Well... This hotel popped up with the reservationist at $92.00 per night. It was close to downtown and priced great! I am travelling with my wife and six kids. We have two rooms. The hotel is disgusting. The neighborhood is very scary! We checked in and chose to stay because otherwise I would have lost the $184 due to the no refunds policy. We never left our room. Thank god we snacked before we arrived. The rooms are very old. Olive green bathrooms! The dresser drawer had no bottom. There are no alarm clocks, the TV is old and reception very poor. The ceiling is cakes with dirt from the a/c. I am afraid for our van, alone in the parking lot! Supposedly there is a pool, but we wouldn't dare leave our room to search for it. The hotel is right on Route !- Roosevelt Road, so the street noise, including the police and ambulance sirens is very loud! The bullet proof glass bit the others posted about is absolutely true. How anyone could rate this hotel as a 7 is beyond me. They have very low standards. Stay clear. Your safety is not worth the price.
