The housekeeping was not very good either. They did not clean our room just pulled up the bedding and put new towels in...tub and floor still dirty. I would not stay at this Inn ever again. When I made the reservation I was told I could check in anytime...NOT TRUE. It was not ready until after 4pm. I have stayed twice now at this perticular hotel and both times, the people at the front desk were rude and nasty. When having a problem concerning any matters, they just dont want to hear it and one of the worst hotels I have ever encountered. PLEASE BECAREFUL when staying there !! I only used that card for the reservation, my mother in law was planning to pay for the room when we arrived and I was concerned that she was trying to run the card before we ever checked in. She replied "oh we need that in case you didn't show up". It was pretty embarrassing to hear the giggling and snickering of the other customers in the lobby. Other than the front desk clerk who needs training in tact, the room, hotel lobby were quite tiny and cramped, but clean enough. Breakfast was good enough, nothing special, again very tiny dining area. The only thing going for this hotel is the location.
