Should have stayed at the wedding hotel

We stayed here because the wedding hotel would have been to pricy. I wish I only paid 55.00 versus 85.00 for this place. The desk clerk gave us a pass to an occupied room by mistake or file errors. The pool closed far too early and had issues. T

Just keep driving

This is by far the worst motel i ever stayed in. The pool inside was green, the outside pool was empty. We had a non-smoking room and the carpet was full of burn holes and smelled like stale smoke, the towels had brown stains all over them but the worse part was the bathroom-- the shower was just a pipe coming out of the wall and the tub was full of mold. This may be an older motel but there is no reason for it to look like this. It didn't take me long to pack my car back up and get out of there. The motel doesn't look anything like the pictures they show.

A bad hotel room

Stains on the walls and lamp shades, paint & spackle all over the bathroom, towels that were once white, are just a few of the amenities. If you feel safe sleeping in a motel that is off of a busy interstate with a sliding glass patio door that won't lock or even close all of the way unless a metal bar (provided as a courtesy) is wedged into the track of the door and curtains that won't shut all of the way...then I guess this is the place for you.

We stayed at two Days Inns. At Appleton, Wisconsin for one week for a convention we attended. The services were great and the second time we've stayed there in the last five years, and we will be going back two or three times in the next four years. The second location was Kenosha, Wisconsin for a stopover on the way home and was for only one night. The cleanliness was not as good in Kenosha, and the hotel was older and dated.

The location was good, close to home, yet far enough to get away. The service was nice. The hotel could have been more comfortable, but it was tolerable.

Right off freeway & close to where I

Right off freeway & close to where I wanted to go.Visible cobwebs on ceiling, no fridge. Great location-wise. Right off the highway and very close to where I was going. Obviously/visibly an older hotel, but fairly well kept up. housekeeping was minimal only: visible cobwebs over bed. did not reset radio/alarm though was obviously blinking (from brief power outage-we left with it blinking and was still blinking when we returned. Pretty obvious thing to miss.)

The employee at the desk was niceDirty,

The employee at the desk was niceDirty, insects, no modern renovations, smelly bathroom and no housekeeping My husband and I, along with another couple, booked rooms and stayed at this hotel. I am only thankful that we did not pay full price. Upon arrival to our room, we found an old donut on the nightstand and a vial of perfume. The bathroom smelled terrible - mixture of sulpher, bleach and mildew. It appears to be authentic to the 1960's in every way. The outdoor pool is not in use. The continental breakfast is donuts and coffee that is not worth drinking. We had insects to include spiders. The towels are stained and rough. We never received housekeeping services (obvious from the leftover donut). The couple we travelled with did not even have towels in their room. Overall - a very bad experience.
