The worst stay ever!!!

We booked this hotel because they offered free shuttle to/from cruise port. When we arrived to the port at 10pm by Discovery Cruise and called them the guy said "Ok, please wait 15-20 minutes", after 30 minutes - no shuttle. I called them again and the guy said "I just sent the shuttle, please wait 20 minutes". Again, no shuttle after that. Finally after one hour wait (!!!) he said "you know... we don't have shuttle today, please take taxi"!
When we finally arrived to the hotel with 2 small kids at almost midnight (!) it appeared that the guy doesn't know where to get a crib for baby, although we requested this on our reservation. He recommended us to come in the morning (!!!) to take a crib because the person who knows what the crib is will be available after 6am!
Then he said he would try to find a crib and call us in 10 minutes. Same story... he never called, when we called - he said "give me 10 minutes", then "I just found a crib, I am sending it right away". Again... nobody appeared. Finally at 2am he said "you know... we don't have a crib, try to sleep without it". So we had to watch the baby all the night and didn't have any sleep at all.
In the morning his manager said that in fact they have a crib, but this person is new and didn't know....

Great Days Inn

The hotel is nice and renovated. The service is friendly and nice. It takes awhile to check inn but not as bad as marriott and hilton hotels. It is in a nice location and great place to stay for the amount you pay. The rooms are beautiful and unique

We booked here because it SUPPOSEDLY had a shuttle from the airport and we were arriving very late. Shuttle quit at 1230, so we still had to rent a car. Desk clerk was not helpful, I couldn't sleep all night due to dreaming about bed bugs (there wer

Not a good start to our vacation

The hotel exterior is in poor repair; do not let renovations from 4 years ago fool you. We had some credit card confusion at check-in that was handled poorly. There was one shining star behind the desk and one helpful handyman but for the most part the staff was surly, unprofessional and unyielding. We were staying there during a peak week and were charged way too much, given the service received and the quality of the property itself. The neighborhood is unpleasant and restaurants are a long ways away.

Complaints about our service at this hotel were treated with disdain by most of the front desk staff and Days Inn wrote off most complaints by letting me know that each Days Inn is independently owned. The customer service representative actually hung up on me. Buyer beware.

old and dirty

Hotel in need of serious repair. Room is old and dirty. Do not book through the Website. I did and the fellow that walked in off the street got the room for $45.00 cheaper. At the $110.00 best internet price, this place is way over priced. This would be a 30.00 room elsewhere.

This a disgrace to the Days Inn Chain

We arrived with a reservation at 11:30 PM. One of the elevators was broken. The room we got had a plugged sink, leaking toilet, filthy carpet and stunk. Upon complaining, the next room we got was not a lot better, just no plugged sink or leaking toilet. It was our first and last stay at a Days Inn. What a wretched start to a long awaited cruise.

Dirty, drug deals and disgusting

Avoid this place, please. This was so dirty I did not remove my clothes. The smell was disgusting. The staff brushed me off with a "whatever." My children witnessed a drug deal in the back packing lot and the manager said, "Security better come an hour earlier." NEVER STAY HERE!!!

The hotel was an all around unpleasant experience. I typically try to stay at chain hotels because of the consistency of quality, but even for a discount hotel chain, this hotel was way below par.
