Very clean; very pleasant, very prompt & good service; direct access to beach. One problem was discovered uppon my arrival, it was repaired before I had unpacked. I rented from an Owner & did not have to pay for parking which does seem a bit steep. But lots of other freebees including daily breakfast & news paper. Mind you check out is at 11am what was done from 11am until 4pm I don't know. The room was another story...sofa with stains, curtain in living room partly down, dishwasher out of it's place, hole on the wall,etc. I can keep going however, you should determine by this that the review is awful. As far as the building being secure..anybody can have access to the building...door next to the front door was always open anybody can come in...I saw it with my own eyes...homeless person came in, went to the bathroom, changed and walked right out. The cleaning of the rooms are realy bad, and on some mornings the bed was not even made, while towels were changed in the bathroom. The floors are wooden and creaky and the people in the room above you can keep you awake all night if they move around.
