The beds were the most comfortable I have had in a hotel room.I did not like that upon check -in I was told there would be an additional $12 resort fee per night. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. We were given a few comp drink cards and when we asked for a microwave, we received it right away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Slept like babies. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very nice facility with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Close to Disney for families. I hated the crowded parking situation (for which a $12 self parking fee is assessed). Really went above and beyond.The restaurant only offered a buffet can't complain. Very pleased with our experience. The staff was great. For example, we wanted to park in the lot (vs. valet). The man that was valet parking saw that we had two small children and offered to move his car so we could have his front-row parking space. We tipped him, but I don't think he was expecting it. You are almost forced to valet park. The beds were nice and the room was nice, however that all goes out the window when you are awoken at 1 am because of a fight near the elevators and it sounds from what I was told this happens quite often with guests of parties" that are at the hotel.
