New carpet needed.“It was better than I expected after the reviews I had read. It's getting better every day as Crowne Plaza continues to renovate after taking it over from Radisson. The lobby/entrance renovations are non invasive and not noisy. The property decor and walls and carpet are somewhat dated and in places in bad condition, but they are planning on redoing carpet, walls, furniture, etc. Which will help the property aesthetically. The beds are all new and are wonderful. The bathrooms are big and our room was nice and clean. Had a nice view of the capitol and the river.
