For logistical reasons I had to stay on the US side of the border. The hotel itself is very nice. The fitness room has a decent amount of free weights in addition to machines. The staff is also super friendly. I would definitely recommend staying on the Canadian side of the border. There is not much to do on the American side. But the hotel itself is very nice and reasonably priced. The Seneca Niagara Casino is directly in front of the hotel. I cannot comment on the restaurant in the hotel having not eaten there. All in all this is a very good place to stay if you are a leisure traveler.
