Had to call the front desk for towels, coffee, creamer/sugar both days - then wait about an hour for them to be delivered. But dirty coffee cups were left for us each day - how special! Front desk staff never apologized or offered anything for ALL the inconveniences - they acted like they were inconvenienced. Pathetic! That was a big mistake. First, the hotel was $70/night, and when we got there, the walls were dirty, there was an empty water bottle behind the dresser, and the bathroom had so many cracks and bad plaster jobs that I took pictures with my camera. But since it was late, we stayed because we needed to get dressed and leave. When we returned from the event at about 2 am, we noticed there was animal feces under the chair in the room! I went to the front desk and told them, he offered another room, but we were too tired to move, so they came to clean it up and we slept on top of the sheets and left early that morning. The next day they gave us $10 off our stay, but I feel the hotel should be $30 a night. I wrote them an e-mail, but they refused to comply and I had to go to the BBB.
