Everything about the hotel was great. When I checked in the person at the front desk was friendly and attentive, the Bellman assisted us with our luggage and parked our car. Our room was also very nice and the Restaurant was great. We were within walking distance of (20-25) great places for shopping, food and Nightlife. I was only in town for the weekend but I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff and the front desk greeted us with a warm welcome, as well as the bell boys. The beds slept great! One of the best nights sleep I've experienced at a hotel. I recommend the all you can eat breakfast buffet. The rooms were very tidy and the hotel was very safe. Not to mention they accept pets! I would definately stay at the Crowne again. Great location...walked to the game and to great restaurants/bars downtown. The room was clean and comfortable for three and the view was incredible. Trey that works with Valet is second to none and the lounge downstairs was very nice. I have found the best hotel in Knoxville and will stay here everytime I return.
