When I called to get it straightened out, I was told no manager/supervisor was on the premises and there was no one to help me. It took multiple phone calls to get it corrected. Our room was between the pool, meeting room and exercise room so quite noisy through the night. Pretty surroundings don't make up for a poor night's sleep. And I will never understand why they placed the coffee maker in the bathroom. Service was very good.Breakfast was not a high standard. Hash browns and French toast were off. The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room service was prompt, but a little pricey. Breakfast although in lovely surroundings could have been better, but the selection was very good.
