We got different excuses from everyone we talked to about why the pool was freezing cold, but it did not seem to be high on the priority list of any of the staff. We were right on the boardwalk and could get to things quickly and not have to get in the car. The view was gorgeous. We were on the 9th floor and could see dolphins in the water. Nice for a high traffic hotel. Littel rough for money paid but the view was worth it. Had to do laundry and they gave us free soap.
