The managment actually let the hotel run out of clean linens and towels. How does a chain such as a Marriott let that happen? The staff were semi-friendly, never did see a smile. We were across the hall from the employee break room and had to listen to the doors opening and closing loudly at all hours. I would never recommend this hotel or stay ever again. The management has the attitude of "it wasn't my fault, what do you want me to do about it?" Very poor customer service. Not a good way to keep a customer.
