The room had a very nice comfortable bed with a well designed credenza which contained a refrigerator. They provide free Internet computers in the lovely hotel lobby. Nice fireplace too. This Courtyard features complimentary coffee which was available Friday morning. But Saturday, the free coffee was not available, the clerk was nasty and said, "Use the coffee maker in room." Well I did, and it tasted like rotten lemons! BITTER! They have no business featuring complimentary coffee if they cannot get their lazy workers there to make it. Those knuckleheads were 60 minutes late preparing the coffee! This morning when I checked out, the TV checkout system was BROKE! They should tell guests how to find the entrance when they reserve. The beds and linens were exceptional. The rooms are listed as having a refrigerator and microwave but they have to be requested. The front desk staff was more than nice! We ate breakfasts only but they were excellent, one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. Me and my man stayed here one weekend. It was great. The room had a great view on the top floor and of course its in downtown Silver Spring which means the location is great. Everything is right there, the mall,movies,resturants,etc. The room was very spacious and the bed was huge. Plasma TV screens in the lobby. Internet with keyboard in the rooms. Excellent service. Clean rooms. The hotel however isn't complete yet and did not have a fitness room and pool yet but to make up for it they give you a free pass to Gold's Gym.
