Spacious room and all areas very clean. Internet very available for guests; great hot tub; pretty courtyard, carts always available for loading and unloading. Washer/dryer important to us for our long trip. Our only complaint was housekeeping--which we had problems with on every single day of our 4 day stay. For 4 days, disregarded simple written request for 3rd mug and an extra coffee, but took tip underneath note. One evening arrived and found one bed made, but the other left unmade and room half cleaned--as if started but interrupted. Last evening returned to find air-conditioning had been reset to 85! A hot day and a lot of packing to do so this was a huge problem. We couldn't figure out if this was carelessness or intentional it was so consistent. Other than this, super location--can exit hotel lot directly onto Expressway ramp for NYC or other locations.
