The room was very nice, large and comfortably furnished, with good lighting. The extra sink outside the bathroom was very convenient. The heating/air conditioning was extremely easy to understand and operate, so we could easily make the room comfortable. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The checkout sheet was delivered under our door, making it easy and quick. Breakfast was not included in the room cost, but was available at a price. The hotel staff said they were busy and offered no support or possible resolution. So off to the next hotel where I am sure they can provide a better value to their traveler. Would recommend you do the same! "Business Center" is nothing more than one computer in the lobby, often tied up. Though not posted, they charge for breakfast buffet, and it wasn't good enough to be free. Instead, only excuses were given. Although the rooms were clean, the hotel was loud at night. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was available. I've seen better buffets included in the price of hotel. To top it off, the hotel chose to test their fire alarm system in the morning of our departure. Had we known about this during checkin, we would have never stayed here. Again, management just wanted to give excuses.
