This hotel is out of area, not so good part of town. The management is rude each time I have been at this hotel I have had problems. Have been taken out of service and that we the traveler are second rate and they treat you that way very disappointed. The first night I stayed there the toilet did not flush and I received bites from something on my bed. The next day they move me to another room. However this has been a bad experience. The hotel was horrible. I did not feel safe; the room was not comfortable nor clean. On the hotel's website, it says that it offers both self park and valet. I need to self park my car, being not allowed to; I parked down the street in a public parking lot and paid for it. Hotel is located in China town. I booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room. Staff treated me poorly. Valet sent us away. Location is in Dangerous area. Only Valet parking available, and Valet attendant made us park a block away... We paid the same amount that valet would have charged us.
