Great location

The hotel's location in the heart of downtown is very convenient. One drawback to this location is things are noisy in the evenings. The rooms were clean though a bit on the small side.

pros: Beds, Location, Staff, CleanI've never slept in a more comfortable hotel bed. The Courtyard Marriott in downtown Fort Worth is my hotel of choice when I need to stay downtown. They are fairly priced and everything is always up to par.

Overall, it was decent, but very noisy at night. I had a small, cramped room.

This room was not worth the money spent.

This room was not worth the money spent. There are no amenities with this hotel. The size of the rooms are very small. The bathroom was average. There is no place in the front to unload luggage. One attendant at the front desk was quite rude. All in all, this wasn't what I would expect from a Marriott hotel. I do not plan on staying there again.

The Courtyard Marriott is conveniently located on the edge of Sundance Square, our hotel is a short walk to Bass Hall and the Convention Center, and a quick drive to the Fort Worth Stockyards. This hotel features an outdoor heated swimming pool all year long, a fitness room with a complementary pass to a local gym, an indoor whirlpool and valet parking. When you walk in the front lobby you will find a lobby bar where you can unwind and relax, you will also find a flat screen television and a few couches for sitting and resting. At the front desk you are greeted with fresh apples and friendly customer service. Within minutes you will be up to your room where you can relax. Each room has a comfortable sitting area, large work desk area with free high-speed Internet access and phones. The rooms are also equipped with hairdryers, iron and ironing board and coffee maker. The room also has soft pillow top mattresses with soft fluffy pillow. The beds were so comfortable. If you prefer to spend some time outside there is a courtyard on the 13th floor and then by the pool area there is a grill area with picnic tables and a grill, you can sit and relax by the pool or under the gazebo and grill. It really is a relaxing place. The hotel offers valet parking for a fee. $10 a night for guests and $6-$9 for visitors. Valet service was very helpful and made parking easy especially for a weekend in down town Fort Worth. The location of this hotel was the best thing, with Sundance Square right at our fingertips we were able to walk out the front door and be there in minutes. Sundance Square is the happen place to be on a weekend.

For what I paid to stay at this hotel I expected a far better room. Pool is small and only 4 feet deep, spa was out of service.
