We finally called to front desk and the lady was very helpful and stayed on the phone with us until we got there. She also called around for us to see if the cowboy game had changed times. Such as, thicker bedding, upgraded bathrooms, and an on-property store. On the bright side, Courtyards are reliable and pretty bullet-proof. The staff was great.
