We saw little staff but the young man at the desk was efficient. The room, however, was quite disappointing. It was extremely small, and although it had two big windows facing parking lots, there was no way to shut out the glaring lights which were just outside. The room was either too hot or too cold and we couldn't seem to get the proper adjustment. These issues kept me from having a good night's sleep, and that is primary when in a hotel. The room, halls and public spaces were clean. I enjoyed being able to use the computer in the lounge area. Also our room keys did not always work which was very inconvenient. One time my card got us into the building, but not into our room. Very bad if there was an emergency and we had to get in quickly or late in the evening. Desk clerk constantly had to re-key the cards. It is clean, cozy and homey and makes me feel so at home. The people who work here are so pleasant and helpful as well.
