The walls were so thin that I was woken up by the wake up call for the guy in the room next to me, who as the desk informed me was a pilot, which is why he was up at 5 am. Then he proceeded to call the rest of his crew to make sure they were up. When I called to complain, instead of having the GM of the hotel call me when he got in, the on duy manager decided it would be better to come have a conversation with me personally at 5:30 am.
