When asked the staff to clean they kept saying that they would take care of it. Over the four days I was there the room had a very strong odor and was never addressed by the staff. The over night staff also had friends visiting them at all hours and were quite loud. It was clean and after a long day out it was comfortable and cozy. The room was clean, the young lady at the desk was friendly and helpful and the cookies at the desk were a perfect treat. Plenty of dining close by which was a plus.
