To get to the check-in desk, you have to walk through the smoking area directly in front of the lobby. It IS outside, but you still have to navigate through the smoke and smells. I asked why the setup and no one could offer a reason. if you are a non-smoker, stay elsewhere. They let us use the londge for our team supper. Sprinklers went of the week before so their was some hammering to fix the water damaged room but it was only on one end of the motel. When ask why we were not told it was under construction they said it was the sprinklers. But it would of been nice to be told before we checked in. He took 2 young girls, age 7, and locked them in seperate rooms, crying. They were returning to their rooms from another girl's room, while I went to the pool to get their parents to let them into their rooms. They had done nothing wrong. As well, the breakfast lady was rude, pushed a different girl who was trying to take her cereal and milk to the table, mad her spill it and then didn't apologize or try to help her.
