Clean and lots of room for family.Just the location. Kind of hard to get out of without a stop light. Loved the comfort, and the spacious room. We had a double queen with a hide a bed, with 2 teenagers it was Great! Bathroom was nice a big. Loved the microwave and mini refrigerator. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and the beds were clean. It looks EXACTLY like it does in the pictures and our room was nice and clean. The bed gave me the best sleep I have had in a while. The staff was really friendly and were glad to help us in any way they could. Although it isn't on the beach it's convenient to everything, 5 minutes from Broadway @ the Beach and maybe about 10 from Barefoot Landing. Not far from the ocean at all.
