When we went to check into the room, they told us they don't have a reservation for us. I gave the conformation number, and still nothing. I was so upset. It was very roo9my with the suite layout. Floors in the bathrooms and lobby were too slick. My daughter slipped and fell. The neighborhood was really nice and had convenient shopping. The location was perfect for our needs. The hot tub was broken for most of our stay. The breakfast was great! The hourly workers on staff were very nice and extremely capable.
