The pool was only supposed to stay open until 10:00 but they kept it open for another hour just for us. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable in our room. If we were in need of something they would bring it up to the room for us. They did everything humanly possible to make this stay more enjoyable and it was. I would deff stay there again and i would deff tell others about it. The room was very clean, there were no bugs in sight and the beds were sooo comfortable.The room had a kitchen in it, a bathroom, 2 king size beds, 2 couches, a cable tv, a safe, and an over head view of the pool. I requested a non-smoking room at sing in, and was given a smoking room. The second room I got was dirty. The pillow cases had soiled stains as if someone slept in the bed, and made it up themselves. The linen smelled like women perfume, and there was hair in the sink and tub. My vehicle was also vandalized, as someone attempted to steal my vehicle. Stayed here for United Methodist Annual Conference. Managers were not truthful about cancellation policies - was told one thing at reservation time and another at check-in. Tried to force us to pay for a night we did not use by claiming 3 night minimum. Poor amenities, only one very small bar of soap, worn linens, minimal towels, rather dingy bathroom. Pool closed with no explanation. This hotel is not up to Comfort Inn standards.
