I had to change rooms because of long blond hairs on the bed and stains on the bed spread. Alo there were huge cob webs in the upper corner of the room. The inside was unpainted and over all nasty. I asked for an upgraded room. I changed rooms only to find that there suites were just as outdated and filthy!! The blanket on the bed had stains on it, beer bottle caps were seen in the corner, the couch had wierd stains and the bed had springs sticking me in my back! WTF?? We were very well treated. The manager was so nice. The hotel was very clean and well cared for. Our pillows were wonderful! I have a bad back and need extra good pillows to sleep. Night manager was yelling at me about leaving the door propped open, and I mean yelling I am a calm person with little spite, but in a hotel where the staff is yelling at you I just cannot feel "Comfort" able in the Comfort Inn. The pool was MIA, it was green with a big OUT OF ORDER sign. The WiFi was spotty, low connection, and you would get dropped every five minutes. The only good item would be the housekeeping was top notch they took care of my room no matter what time I left or returned.
