If you're in Anaheim for a convention

If you're in Anaheim for a convention or meeting, this is a great location. It's right off the 5 and in a good central location. However, if you're there for Disneyland, it is Not a good location. It's too far from the park to walk. Instead, you have to ride the shuttle. Some hotel shuttles are free, I don't know if this one's is, though. Families with small children would be better off to stay across the street from the park if they don't stay at one of the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort. They're much closer and within walking distance, well, walking distance for the children. An adult might be able to walk to this one, but certainly not a small child.

The staff is hospitable, and the rooms are clean and fairly well-appointed.

Kinda pricey by Joe K. at InsiderPages

Was in Anaheim for business during a convention, everything in the area was booked. Ended up staying here, rooms were a little dirty, probably the room had just checked out prior to my checking in. No matter, since i hardly stayed in the room. I've found that bargains can be had if you stay further away from Harbor Blvd.

Rooms cleaned on a daily basis and that

Rooms cleaned on a daily basis and that was nice to come back to from an exhausting day!No variety in their daily breakfast. All in all their parking was nice, entrance and hallways were kept too warm, but it was nicely decorated. rooms were very comfortable with a nice bed, it had microwave and small fridge, which we used. Did not see any activity in swimming area, do not know why and I didn't ask. 2nd floor was quiet which we liked.

The price.Unfriendly. Upon checking

The price.Unfriendly. Upon checking out, we were charged for items that would not be charged at any other hotel. Also, they inspect the room but do not note previous damages from other guests and they tried to imply that items were damaged during our stay.

Location and good breakfast.No

Location and good breakfast. No restaurant. I chose the Comfort Suites because we have stayed at others in the past. I was disappointed that there was no small bar/restaurant for a drink and would benefit business travelers. The location of the hotel to Disney Land was excellent. The hotel was quite, which was important to me since I stayed there because I had surgery and needed to be near my doctor. I think it's a good hotel.

Continental breakfast.Every employee

Continental breakfast.Every employee looked mad. I loved the room, loved the hotel. But every single employee looked like they were mad. The front desk clerk looked like we were waiting her time. The lady at the breakfast area angry I smiled at her and she did not. The housekeepers in the elevators, I also said good morning and smiled and no response.

Nice hotel and very clean. Some hotel staff could take the initiative to say hello. Good overall. Just got to work on initiating a hello for customers when they come in. They give u a blank stare until you say something to them.
