The T.V was terrible it had lines through the picture you couldn't even watch it. We walked in and the staff was very polite, but that was about the best part this hotel had to offer. The hot tub was eroding, and there are no stocked towels in the pool area so we had to go back out to the front desk to get them. We went up to our room and the floor was slanted and there were cracks all over the walls. We had to call to the front desk to get tissues, and towels for our room because there were none stocked. However, the room did appear clean and it was nice having three beds. The next morning we went down for the continental breakfast and had very few food choices. The 'fruit' was fruit cocktail from a can poured into a serving bowl. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping staff are very good and also very friendly. This hotel has free parking, free breakfast, and an on site restaurant with the BEST HAMBURGERS EVER!!!! The pool and hot tub are great. They have lots of towls and chairs available at all timesand the pool is the perfect size and shape.The hot tub is great too!!The rooms are good. The beds are comfy. There are refrigerators and microwaves too. It's all there! I can't say enough about this hotel. We can't wait to go toCedar Point again just so we can stay at this hotel. However the whirl pool did not work, but seeing as we didn't book it in the first place, we were happy with the extra space. Everything was nice and clean, comfy bed, can't complain.
