Room was average for class of hotel, staff was friendly. Room could use a good cleaning around tables and furniture. Breakfast was good with homemade waffles. Comfort Inn was the one we kept returning to, for its winning combination of price and (relative) cleanliness. (Best Western was slightly better, but MUCH more expensive.) Every place we stayed in Ithaca for some reason smelled mildewy and needed redecorating, but Comfort Inn was one of the least offensive. It is nice, everything in brand new condition and clean. fridge/coffe maker/iron/desk/nicer then average free breakfast. it's nice especially after the horrible econolodge in malden that somehow also got two stars. Their breakfast was a joke. It was very worn and just dusty. I would not recommend this place. Their staff was not very attentive or helpful.
