We liked the hotel. It was very clean, neat, very friendly and accommodating staff. We had gotten very sick while there and they helped a lot. The hotel location was close to lots of restaurants and stores, lots of good shopping places.Unfortunately the hallways are being renovated, so the area is very dusty and unattractive, didn't know prior to booking. The hotel was nice for a quick get away. The town is quiet. A lot of hair in the towel. Overall it was a good hotel. When my sister wiped her face with a towel and looked at it to see a bunch of hair stuck in the towel we were kind of turned off. The manager was not in at the time, so they could (or would) not do anything to help other than a "we're sorry". Other than the water temp in the shower, the musty-smelly pillows, I actually liked the hotel.
