They did credit back the extra charge for the cot though. We enjoyed the park but when we were checking in there was a long line that we had to wait through just be told that our room wasn't ready yet. That was understandable and i asked when we should come back. I was told to come back in 15 to 20 minutes and our room would be ready. We waited a half hour just to be sure and i waited through the long line again. I was turned away once again and was told to wait 5 or 10 minutes. we waited and then once again waited in line again. our room was finally ready after an hour had passed. If they would have just told us to come back in an hour or more we could have found other things to do but we were assured our room would be ready in a short time and it definetly wasn't. Once we were inour room everything was nice. We did enjoy the room and going back to splash lagoon. The pool at the confort inn was also nice. We woke up in the morning around 8:15 got ready and headed to breakfast. The breakfast ended at 9:30am so i figured that we had plenty of time to eat and then check out. I waited in line for 50 minutes just to get 1 waffle and my girlfriend waited even longer to get an english muffin and a drink. I wasn;t impressed at all at the disorganization of how breakfast was set up nor was a impressed with the selection. This is a very poor hotel in these to areas compared to other hotels that i had been to. Also, as we enjoyed the rest of the day after check out we talked to other people at plash lagoon who were staying in the other connecting hotel's and none of them had this problem. They couldn;t believe what i was telling them about check in and breakfast. I would not recommend the comfort inn to anyone unless they make some changes on how the handle their guest during check in and make breakfast more arrangable. I was not the only guest who was angry about how we were treated and how everything eneded up. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because it was the only one left with a vacancy for me to bring my family to splash lagoon for New Year's Eve. Comfort Inn is an average hotel, but what my family & I received was one of the worst night's stay at a hotel ever. Let me start off with check-in, the two individuals working the desk were not only not that pleasant, but also fighting amongst themselves. THEN . . . . when we got up to our room, it was not clean. When I called the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned, she actually told me to holler out to the maid in the hall. Then she also recanted and said, "No, I'll call housekeeping." The Maid soon came to our room and stated with an attitude, "Is there a problem?" I said, "yes, the bathroom is not clean." She then went on to mutter something about how she wasn't working yesterday, but she came in & checked the room and it looked clean. I don't really care what she did yesterday, or today, I just wanted my bathroom clean. She then spends less than 5 minutes in there and claims it to be clean!! It was not. I then call front desk once again and let them know that the room wasn't clean. She asked me what the maid's name was!! I also asked them not to send the same person for she was rude. Moments later not only did the same rude individual arrive, but was accompanied by another. They spent less than 10 minutes in there, came out out and with an attitude said, "Are you satisfied now?" "Does this pass your inspection?" Whatever !! If anyone comes here make sure to bring cleaning supplies, and disinfectant!!!!!
