Free continental breakfast, free

Free continental breakfast, free wireless internet connection, convenient location. You hear a lot of noise from the street and outside, poor sound insulation. Good free continental breakfast, easy access from freeways. Decent staff. You hear all the noises from Mission Blvd. and outside and we woke up several times at night, probably because of thin walls.

The first time I stayed it was pleasant, this time it was not.The manager. This is my second stay at this hotel. I called ahead and requested double beds and I was told it could be arranged. When I got there, manager was extremely rude and argumentative when I told her I needed double beds. I told her I had stayed there before and had double beds for the same price, she questioned me as to when I was there, why and with who. I am never going back there again.

Very friendly staff.Felt very unsafe,

Very friendly staff.Felt very unsafe, rough neighborhood, open to street, older. This Hotel is overrated at 2.5 stars. I'd say 1.5 max. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms clean but older, burns on bedspread, etc, had to pull furniture to plug stuff in, wireless was good, creepy, rough neighborhood, hotel is open to the street and I saw no security guards. "Sure you don't want a second floor room like everyone else?" if that tells you anything.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good.Shower had hair, linens had lint, bedspread was stained, and bathroom door did not close. Clearly the owners are trying to keep up but I think the clientele might be a bit rough on the rooms. The rooms are much nicer than the location suggests, but they were not as clean as expected and minor issues like the bathroom door not closing added to the detractions. Breakfast was good.

Their morning breakfast. The noise level and lack of security. The rooms are moderate, could be a little cleaner. Friendly staff.

Nothing.Nothing, crime ridden area. I would never recommend this hotel. Located in a crime ridden area, and the unit next to mine was robbed. The management did not seem to care. My worst experience yet.
