I am a 23 year old professional who stayed with my family for a night. It was extremely convenient to Downtown, Opryland, and the Airport, but it was situated in a quiet but safe area near the Doubletree and Ramada. The breakfast was plentiful, but keep in mind it's a hotel not a 5 star restaurant. The set up where my room was, was really nice, I liked the patios. The hallways are deceiving, they look a little bland and worn, but the room itself was just fine. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were VERY clean. We managed to find a deal where we only paid $* when we stayed, even though all the websites said it was like $*, so I would call to find out actual rates. The employees were all complaining about their jobs and you could tell they weren't happy! We were not able to check in until after 3 becasue the rooms weren't ready yet and then got locked out before 11 the day we left! The room was very nice with a great view/patio by the pool. However, the hot tub was out of service one night and the next night it was open it was filthy!
