I have very sensitive lungs/allergies and was worried that the room might not be fresh, but it was - just what you might expect from a much newer property. True, the common areas were older, but I wasn't staying in the common areas. No lie, no long stories, just please stay anywhere else in ithaca but this hotel. You will regret every moment of your stay. The only nice part of the hotel is the lobby! We had a rusty fridge sitting on a table top in the room and the bathroom door stuck. As you walked the corridors there were mattresses stuffed here and there. It definately needs an update. We could not wait to check out the next day. The bedding looked like it was from a used thrift store. Definately not worth the price.
