Unsatisfied

I was unsatisfied with this hotel I thought it got good reviews. When we entered the room it smelled like smoke so bad and it was a non smoking room and I am 81/2 months pregnant and we had 4 little kids with us. Then we went to the pool which was a very nice pool but there were no towls, my husband went and asked TWICE for towels then a second guess went and asked as well and about 2 hours later after asking 3 different times they finally brought about 6 towels there were more adults then that in the pool a lone. Next, we went for breakfast it was terrible there was no selection, the food was gross they had no eggs or good cereal for the kids. Then I asked for 2 pillows that night because I am 8 months pregnant and couldnt get comfortable, I NEVER recieved a single pillow. The hotel had no customer service they could have cared less aobut there guests which is a very bad thing if you want people to keep staying there. I would say I would never stay there again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pool chemical burns, ruined swimsuits, green hair, false assurance from management, doctor visits and an empty response. Needless to say, a disappointing weekend. The pool chemicals were too strong and the management swept it under the rug, denying

You get what you paid for. Stayed a few days here due to business but was barely there. But what was experienced...Wasn't too clean, there were a few hairs left from the someone's previous visit when I checked in, mold starting to form on the shower curtain, house keeping didn't really wash cups that were drunk out of, so it's questionable if the cups were ever washed. The hot tub was broken, the jets overly splashy, and the water wasn't hot. They did take out the trash though. And breakfast was okay.

Our room was clean. The beds were comfotable. The overall Hotel was somewhat run down with capet being loose in the halllways, Ice machines noit working, printer not having ink so as to print boarding passes. The breakfast buffet was very plain. Not much selection. The front desk was very helpfu l though. The Hotle restaurant was a chines buffet?? Needs some work

I would stay again. The second night there was a problem with the heater in the hot tub and they had it fixed right away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean but shabby. The pool was filthy and there were cigarette butts all over the patio area. I waited for help at the front desk with several people while staff were laughing and swearing in the manager's office off the front desk. If you are looking for a bed for the night this would be fine, but service was poor.

The hot tub heater was not working and this is the reason I picked this hotel. The ice machine was out of order. There was no shower curtain and the bathroom sink spicket was not connected in any way. It is a cheap hotel which is why I picked this particular hotel, but I still deserve a discount.

From the peeling paint to the old torn blanket. The breakfast was nothing like they claimed, they had scrambled eggs and bacon, 3 cereals, plain bagels, water downed juice and coffee. The worst breakfast ever. The pool was freezing, hot tub was cold and the jets didn't work and have not for quite awhile. There was a weekend class being held there for drunk drivers where they sleep there and go to classes during the day. People were crabby and nasty, not a place I want my family or even myself to ever stay at again. Do not believe the ad or the pictures. Maybe it was like that once but not any more.
