Their proximity to the Billings Medical Corridor is great and their rates are very very affordable. Had a nice curbside appeal. Didn't seem compatable with road work and busy traffic and medical bldgs. If you needed to be close to medical facilities, this would be a good choice for location and price. It is not close to interstate exit, so it isn't good choice for easy on-easy off.
