Very clean and spacious with a private hot tub on the patio. It is a small condo complex in a beautiful residential beach neighborhood. An easy half-block walk takes you right onto a wide beautiful beach with play equipment. Very quiet and very close to the water. Also convenient to harbors, ocean activities, and an easy drive to Santa Barbara. Not a big resort with activities, pools, etc. but definitely a friendly, cozy, comfortable place. My timeshare had a sneak view of the beach and ocean. The staff was very frindly. Free popcorn and coffee in the lounge area near the front office. A hundred restaraunts and eating places nearby. Shopping in area. The timeshare is located in a residential area. Outside of the beach, you would need to drive a short distance for all activities. A carport for one vehicle and an apron for your second vehicle was available. Street parking was allowed except on Wednsday during street sweeping (no meters). Mandalay Shores Timeshare Resort is right next door. I also found Harbortown Point Marina Resort in the Ventura Harbor, another timeshare resort. The resort is right next to the ocean. You are in a wonderful beach community. Very fancy expensive beach houses are all around you. Best Things About the Resort:Really the best thing about this timeshare is its location, that's it. They have no onsite amenities and the units were not that upkept. Resort Experience:The two bedroom units are fairly large. However, they have older decor and are not upkept very well. In our unit we had holes in the ceiling of the closets and the carpet was full of stains.The staff was very nice and they had daily maid service. The beach is right at your door step. Sand lines the streets and you have gorgeous beach houses all around. The location of the resort made up for the decor and maintenence of the resort. I would stay again.
