We were pleased with our room - the air conditioner worked great, but a bit loud. The room was pretty clean. There was a pool, but we didn't have time to use it. The continental breakfast was pretty good - oatmeal, yogurt, cold cereal muffins, toasted waffles, coffee, tea, juice. Only thing missing was fresh fruit. Our stay lasted for 4 days so we were thrilled about the convenience of the kitchen in our room and the overall cleanliness of the rooms and amenities were immaculate! The front desk assistance was highly accomodating and made us feel good about our stay. We look forward to our next visit to Glenwood and Cedar Lodge will be our Motel of choice! The staff was friendly and our room was back off the busy highway and was quiet. We inadvertantly left our backpack in our room when we checked out. When I called a few days later I was told it was in the office waiting for us to pick up. We really appreciated the honesty of the housekeeping staff. We had many problems with our room which we would have overlooked had there been good service and communication from the front desk. The room was dirty, we were supposed to have a fully stocked kitchen. It looked like a kitchen from a trailer. Not enough dishes, silverware ect. Oven was broken. Gas fireplace broken.
