Long-stay concept means the linen is changed and room cleaned weekly (and between guests) but otherwise nobody enters your room. Nice! Staff helpful. Location perfect. They were going through some renovations to make guests better provided for. The room was beautiful with complete kitchen with microwave popcorn ready to pop. We had a choice of pillow firmness which I have never had before. Upon leaving there was a note in our key holder that we were invited to choose a can of pop "on the house". The venting machines were on "the honor system whereby you write your room number and it would later be charged to you. Upon arriving at home we discovered our phone charger had been left. The bed was very good but we had an issue with the parking. After we came back from our event that we went to, there was no parking and we were directed to park in a handicapped spot. I was told if not, I would at least get a rollaway bed. When I arrived, only three hours after check-in, there were no rooms available with two beds and there were no rollaway beds either (They said that they weren't clean from the day before.) I was a bit annoyed because now we had to go to Wal-Mart and buy sleeping bags to accommodate all of us. Needless to say.
