The room was simply lovely with all of the Victorian charm. The gourmet breakfasts were so delicious. The friendliness of the owners made us welcomed and made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Not only are the rooms comfortable and beautiful, the Bottger is close to everything, especially the fantastic shops and restaurants in Old Town, and historic Central Avenue (Old Route 66). Breakfasts are always delicious here and quite generous. The people I have met while staying here are from all over the world, making for some delightful conversations, either at breakfast or while seated in the comfy parlor. Steve and Kathy are incredible hosts who make you feel right at home and always make you want to come back soon for another visit. We loved being able to just walk around Old Town-perfect location.The house is gorgeous and the grounds are a little oasis. Steve and Kathy are so gracious. Breakfast was fabulous.We were sorry we hadn't planned to stay more than 1 nite.
