The managment is trying to restore the hotel to quality, It's not working! I made a reservation for 7 days because I didnt want to spend a lot of money and it was across the road from the beach. Construction was going on, the front door glass was filthy the floor in the entry was filthy. the office was on the second floor, they advertise a convience store on the property, in the office they sold cool drinks and candy (their convience store). the hallway on the 3rd floor was clean. Upon opening the room door I was hit by a strong room deodorizer that was coming from the air conditioner system. the room looked clean, but a part of the ceiling was stained by mold that had soaked through the freshly painted room. I could smell the Mold in the room, bathroom and behind the curtains. During my stay of one night I saw 4 cockroaches which one slept with me, and another scurried from my suitcase when packing. I told the managment about my breathing problem with the deodorizer, and they seemed to be unconcerned. I also read that they were going to be a part of the Marriott chain, I dont think Marriott has any idea of the condition of this property, or if they know of the plan.

Great Location/Nice Hotel

This hotel staff is friendly and very hospitable. We were on a 6 night motorcycle ride and stayed in a different hotel each night. This hotel was the best even with the repairs/remodeling that is not quite complete and I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to visit Biloxi.

Loved it

The staff were very nice.

Got a second floor room with a private balcony overlooking the beach. Rooms very clean, extra towels, television with HBO, fridge, hair dryer, iron & board. Balcony had 2 chairs and a table.

They have continental breakfast, but I thought the price that we paid for the room, you would think the breakfast would have been better. We wound up going to Waffle House. The motel also has a dining area, which we didn't try. We went to Roadhouse Grill to eat.

Balcony overlooks beach, but is a little noisy at night. Had a carnival going on close by.

Overall, I loved the room. Will definitely return.

Lot for your money

Very clean and accommodating to all of our family including our labrador retriever. It's right across from the beach and we were able to walk out on the pier to fish or hit the beach for a swim. We could view the beach from our couch in our room and watch the waves while enjoying a free breakfast in the restaurant. Definitely going back.
