The bath tubs were rusty, the handles were falling off, and it was just digesting overall. The "non smoking" rooms smelled like smoke, and, when we got to our room, the window was wide open! They called us while we were out to tell us that we had no room because they did not have our reservation. They then tried to lie about why we had no room, and were very rude about it the entire time.
