I really enjoyed my experience in this hotel. They are still under renovation, but the interior has already been completed. The Rooms are very nice with new carpet, updated flat panel TV, furniture and appliances. Beautiful decor throughout. The staff was wonderful and very polite.

2006 Reviews

I cam not understand why no reviews have
been written since 2006. Apparently the
Hotel has been renovated since then. There
were signs saying the rooms have been
redone and at the time I was there they
were working on the lobby. The rooms were
very clean, the carpets in the rooms and
the hall looked like new. The beds were
very comfortable and the televisons were
LCD. The only possible drawback was the
restaurant in front of it is closed and
has a weedy lot which gives you a wrong
first impression as it is not connected to
the hotel. You do have to drive to
get to the restaurants located across the
busy War Memorial Highway (150)

I like that they have a computer you can use as you walk in the door.
Staff is always pleasant.
Decent continental breakfast.
Rooms are nice especially for a one night business trip.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

It took 20 minutes to figure out how to get to the hotel due to the road construction. The room was in desparate need of renovation. I was afraid to walk around the room with no shoes on the carpet was filthy. They advertise free internet, but I didn't have any wireless signal. They advertise ample availability of bridges for ethernet, but had none. The day manager was a passive/aggressive woman who did nothing but cut off every other sentence out of my mouth when I complained about the facility. Oh, and there was a fire alarm test at 9:30AM which woke up the entire hotel. RUN FOR YOU LIFE AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AS YOU CAN GET!!!

wouldn't recommend

Location is ok off the interstate - construction can't be helped. Previous time had a friendly breakfast attendant on duty - she's no longer there. Problems with supply of foods; gossiping among desk attendants including ?manager? talking about being out with a group of military guys and getting drunk - not really what guests need to hear especially from someone in charge. For the cost of rooms and the attitude; seems a problem (by action) with having employees over 40 - can't see spending money there. Would go somewhere else on future trips.

I have stayed 3 times

The overall cleanliness was average. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The floors in the lobby were very dirty and the stairs leading up to the conference room were awful. No shampoos or soap in rooms.

Save yourself - stay elsewhere

The road construction was a great hinderance and made getting to the hotel a nightmare. The room was inexcusably dirty and had a immediate odor of mold/mildew due to the bathroom having mildew on the walls.
