Great location, staff untrained. Took over one hour to check in - I was the only person at the desk. The clerk acted like I had no reservation. I was sent to four rooms - all which were already occupied. Finally after one hour, I was sent one block away to another building to find a room. This was a two night stay; I was moved on the second day to another room.
